To all my fellow moms and moms to be out there, why is maternity fashion such a struggle? And don’t even get me started on the awkward in between months where you’re too small for most maternity wear, but your normal clothes are just a bit too tight for comfort. My main struggle with most of the maternity options out there has been styling. Most dresses I have tried have either been incredibly unflattering, very dated in their styling, or just plain not cute. Thankfully I have found some better options, like this little number that is perfect for a date night (trying to cram as many of those in as we can before baby comes!), and can you believe it’s under $25? H & M Maternity to the rescue! Dress and accessory details will be at the bottom of the post, as well as similar options out there.

I paired this dress with block heels and my favorite Givenchy handbag that James got me for our anniversary, but you could also make this look a bit more casual with flats if you don’t feel brave enough for heels while pregnant! My husband is a foot taller than me, so I pretty much live in heels…

As always, a huge thank you to Honey Heart Photography. If you are in Kentucky, I highly recommend checking them out!
